City life/ true story: Today bumper bike guy (I should have asked his name, but I was not master of this exchange) saw me at a distance, walking down an alley and carrying a handful of sticks. He said hi as he passed, then circled back and rode up to me. Said he gathers sticks, too. He said a white truck ran into his bumper bike and wrecked it! :-( Then he took my hand and prayed on me/over me/for me. Then he said he was homeless and hungry and I gave him my bag of snacks (carrot and cucumber), which he said was perfect, because hes diabetic and his nurse told him to eat carrots.
