City of Moreno Valley Extends Business Hours The City of Moreno Valley is pleased to announce that after five years of modified schedules due to recession impacts, all public facilities are back to full time schedules and are open all non-holiday Fridays. Restored business hours at City facilities are effective July 5. City business hours were reduced in 2009 in response to a significant budget deficit. In 2013, City Hall extended business hours to include two Fridays per month to provide support for development related services. The City is pleased to offer full-time service once again.
