City of Spokane - Municipal Government Mayor David Condon and Spokane City Council President Ben Stuckart have proposed two ballot measures this fall that will ask you to support refinancing current streets and parks bonds and use those dollars to pay for new street improvements/maintenance and to begin implementing the new Riverfront Park Master Plan.
