Cityscape windows Sea of rectangles scale your limbs to a sharp edge of abrupt end. Like a swarm of locusts, rectangles plunge in vertical pulse. Almost in a fury, to enter the ground. They come to a jarring halt, terrified of the impact. Except, when they find a lake to go deeper. Countless cutouts protrude. Scrawl across your horizontal. Backlit by the heat of nameless. Each frame, with its miniature projector. I hang suspended in one of them. A cement moth glued to cityscape. To trace your uneven semblance with lightness of finger tips. To hunt your tired skin, a wild whiff, with searching tongue and closed eyes. Life inside open windows in not a myth. I search their faces for traces of kinship. For reflections.
