Classes for the week: Tues spin 6:45-7:15 (full) and bootcamp 7:15-8:15, WED spin 6:15-7:15: spaces available, Thursday THIS WEEK 7-8 pm. Tuesday is circuits with the toys: Gliders, heavy bag, barbells, resistance tubing, suspension trainers, weights and stability balls and Thurs is a spin/scupt combo class with compound exercises body weight and weights and a spin portion blending endurance and intervals. Perfect for low impact, but can be beginner to advanced:) RSVP REQUIRED for spin and highly recommended for bootcamps:) See you Tuesday!
