Clean conditions again this morning with a light westerly wind but its still fairly flat on most of our beaches. Small inconsistent SE swell is producing a few small waves on the open beaches and northern corners. Micro grommets and beginners will enjoy the conditions. Wind will swing N-NE leaving the northern corners with the better conditions for an afternoon surf. Weather Situation A broad and slow moving high pressure system is currently over New South Wales, and will persist until the end of the week. A front will cross the area on Saturday and extend a southerly wind change along the New South Wales coastline. Forecast for Thursday 22 May until midnight Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming northerly 10 to 15 knots in the late afternoon. Seas: Around 1 metre. Swell: Easterly around 1 metre. Forecast for Friday 23 May Winds: North to northwesterly 10 to 15 knots. Seas: Around 1 metre. Swell: Easterly 1 to 1.5 metres. Forecast for Saturday 24 May Winds: West to northwesterly 10 to 15 knots shifting southerly 15 to 20 knots during the afternoon. Seas: Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres south of Port Macquarie during the morning. Swell: Easterly 1.5 metres, decreasing to around 1 metre during the afternoon.
