Clearly 2014 times have changed.. The Client has become the dog the business own and managers are gods and staff holiday makers... All I hear is Im not paid enough to do that? Sorry we closed Im to busy and Sorry thats not my department. What happened to the good old days of service, where the staff were willing to help out because the client was always right and because they knew the client paid their salary because with no clients their is no money! What happened to the boss that wasnt scared to get his/her hands dirty in an attempt to ensure the client and staff were happy! That things were done on time, who arrived first and left last!! Now it seems like thanks for your cash, piss off!
