Clerk cum Typist Requirements • Female / Chinese or Malay. • Above 23 to 28 years of age. • Must Process SPM Attributes • Highly motivated, Pleasant disposition, • With good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Ability to operate MS office applications and good typing speed of 35 wpm • Possess a highly polished telephone Etiquette. • Able to easily interact with anyone • working experience 1 to 2 years will be an advantage. • Fast learner Responsibilities • To manage, day-to-day incoming and outgoing fax messages for sales units. • Able to handle daliy sales enquiries from customers via phone, email or walk- in. • Prepare sales quotation and proposal and to manage and monitor the progress • Maintain an effective and efficient filing system Remuneration Package • Basic salary RM 1,000 – RM 1,200. • Performance Bonus. • Hospitalization and surgical benefits. • Out patient medical treatment. • 5 days working week. • Free parking lot. • Pleasant working environment • Opportunity for future prospect.
