Clerk of Works Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality - Ekurhuleni, Gauteng Minimum Requirements : National higher Diploma in Building Survey or Construction Completed apprenticeship Relevant experience Core Responsibilities : Monitor and report on the provision and installation of essential services to identified projects as prioritised in the IDP process Attend project steering and technical committee meetings in projects, maintain records and provide reports to the supervisor on outcomes of such meetings Facilitate information for workshops and meetings with beneficiary communities in housing projects Attend project related enquiries by communicating verbally, telephonically and in writing to ensure efficient service delivery in the projects Monitor the beneficiary administration process in the handover to end-user beneficiaries of completed housing products Track, monitor and evaluate progress in housing projects and provide a progress report to direct supervisor on daily site activities Monitor the relocation of approved beneficiaries to serviced erven and capturing of relocation/settlement records Attend to office administration, correspondence and normal general enquiries regarding all project related issues Applications or CVs and copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license (if applicable), to be submitted to the following Human Resource Office: Brakpan Civic Centre, Cnr.
