Clever Little Book (Someone else wrote this. I thought it was nice) Clever Little Book is a fictional series that has been created to allow people to learn more about Christ without feeling overwhelmed or forced. Just seeing the bible can be a bit intimidating for some, and parts of it cannot be interpreted well without prior knowledge. This is a simple way to see the Holy Scriptures in a way that is understandable. Clever Little Book I The first book Clever Little Book in the series introduces readers to Isabel, the main character. It is easy to relate the characters and feel as though you are part of the story when the characters are taken on a journey that soon develops into an enjoyable mix of fantasy as well as spirit. Isabel is a young lady who feels that by standing on the dock each and every day her true love will come to her. Through the adventures and fantasy she embarks on her journey she is shown that love is not about romance alone. Through trial and error she is given the opportunity to find real love, but not in the way she originally intended. Clever Little Book II The second book in the series ‘The Furnace of Youth’ is still centered on the main character Isabel from the first. This time she is no longer alone but the journey still continues. Not finding what they were looking for until old age in the first book the look this time for a way to turn back the clock so that they can enjoy both love and youth. Along their journey they meet some great characters who all have a lesson to teach. They have special powers that will enthrall readers from all walks of life and age groups. From beginning to end, just like the first, this is a book you won’t be able to put down for long. Clever Little Book III The Undead is the third in this great series. It sees Isabel once again embarking on a great journey with twists, turns and lots to be learned from the first chapter. This time she and her love visit Egypt, a place they always wanted to visit. Old friends from the previous books are revisited and new ones are made along the way. This adventure set to be a vacation originally is turned into an adventure where Kay’faas as to work out the answer to the writings on the wall. The answer lies in the book and will have you rushing to get to your favorite quiet spot to re-enter the world of fantasy with your favorite and new characters. The book has been cleverly written in a way that everyone can understand, even the youngest of question bearers. The twists and turns in every chapter will also keep grown-ups hooked too. Elaina Davis is a very talented author who knows how to captivate audiences with her descriptive and imaginative writings. She manages to get across the message of what true love really means and the importance of friendships. I wait in anticipation for the next in the series.
