Kiss of Baileys Cookies Serves 36 A fun St. Patricks Day inspired cookie that has a perfect hint of Baileys Irish Cream Prep Time - 20 min Cook Time - 9 min Total Time -30 min Ingredients 1 family size box of fudgy brownies (I used Duncan Hines) 1/2 cup flour 1 egg 3/4 cup butter, melted 2/3 cup milk 3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips To make cookie dough 1.In a large bowl whisk together brownie mix & flour 2.Stir in the egg, melted butter, milk & Baileys until well combined 3.Add in mini chocolate chips & the white chocolate chips and stir until just combined 4.Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours To bake cookies 1.Preheat oven to 375 2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 3.Using a small cookie scoop, place balls of cookie dough on parchment paper 1 inch a part 4.Bake for 9-10 minutes or until they just set 5.Remove and let cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes and then remove to wire racks to cool completely 6.ENJOY!!
