One minute jog High Knees 4. One min Squats; add a jump, squat low 5. One min burpees 6. One minute alternate front push kicks; add intensity with a hop in between and finally into quick switch kicks 7. On a flat bench or floor, with bands or weights, chest flys 15 reps! 8. Push Ups!!! 7 wide! 7 regular! 7 narrow! Repeat entire sequence four times!!! My post workout meal insanely delish!!! Keepin it real Happy Fourth of July
