We provide a comprehensive team approach to managing our clients’ wealth by making solid, informed financial decisions to help them build, manage, or transition their wealth. Our Client Advisors are the primary relationship manager for our most profitable wealth management relationships. They work closely with clients to develop and integrate sound financial advice into personalized plans. Our Client Advisors are responsible for developing relationships and strategies, and coordinating the activities of the wealth management team who support these clients. This Client Advisor is responsible for acquiring and retaining high net worth clients and driving revenue producing opportunities across multiple product lines including banking, brokerage, trust, life insurance, and financial planning. Principal Accountabilities : Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients to the Bank’s wealth services by partnering with Bank associates to provide advice and asset management services. Develop customer needs through effective profiling, professional sales approaches and delivery of high quality advice. Strategic Advice: Consult with clients to develop a comprehensive and long-range plan to achieve their financial goals. Identify appropriate bank services to implement those strategies. Coordinate the activities of other Wealth Management specialists to provide ongoing service as client needs change. LI-MP1 EFC Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice. Or- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice. Additional Requirements: Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act. Series 7, 65/66 licenses. State specific Life and Health insurance license. Other Preferred Qualifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
