Client Care Administrator: Details: Client Care Administrator Summary: Determines the best type of product, production method, and resulting price for customer use. Determines correct inventory levels and timely reorder points, and makes reorder decision accordingly. Determines when to engage sales and design resources in the reorder process. Determines actions and resolutions on customer quality issues. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Establishes and supports accounts on an ongoing basis. Responsible for managing book of business setup/analysis, inventory management, and order process coordination. Communicates with the customer at the Form Owner level or above to the customers satisfaction. Ensures process compliance. Sets up new items and maintains existing items. Identifies and communicates opportunities for consolidations and/or new documents. Manages entire reorder notice process with appropriate form owner(s). Monitors customer inventory. Coordinates order placement with CCRs in the center. Manages customer requests for quotes, designs, and any special projects. Responsible for asset management within their assignment (accounts receivable, storage, invoicing, etc.) and any customer communication this implies. Coordinates pricing database with the customer.
