Client Pictures & Review of Ocean Blue, Punta Cana! (Jr. Suite 05/19/2014-7NTS) Hey Marcy!! The trip was absolutely amazing and we are already planning to go back!! You can post to your Facebook page :) The flights: No problems, except the people who checked us in at Pittsburgh placed us in 2 different rows since the Apple person was not at the gate yet, but resolved the issue with no problem at all. The flight left on time and actually arrived into Punta Cana early. Transfers: Very nice large, air-conditioned bus took us to and from the resort. On the day of our departure back to Pittsburgh the bus was about 30 minutes late, but we still arrived to the airport with plenty of time and were even able to shop and eat lunch. Beach: Gorgeous! Our friends got married on the beach in the gazebo and it was wonderful! Plus there are about a 1/2 mile of shops on the beach, plus water sports, it is great! Pool: Fun and entertaining...they have what we called the party pool, which is where we spent most of our time, great bartenders and entertainment staff, drinks were strong, especially if you tip them :) Service: Excellent, no matter what or when we needed something, they were on top of it all! Our safe malfunctioned and withinin 5 minutes had a repair man at our door, even at midnight! Food: Buffetts were good, sit down restaurants were nicer, of course, and the food there was great! The italian restaurant was wonderful, and the Mexican spot was great! Loved Mikes coffee, the Macadamia Nut iced coffee was to die for! Rooms: very clean, very well maintained and nice size. Entertainment: Staff was great fun and had a variety of activities for all ages, those guys have a ton of energy!!! Would you return: We are planning a group trip as we speak for next year! Would you recommend this resort? absolutlety! Was a great place with great staff and not too large of a resort that you will get lost! Plus have the tram running all day to take you around the resort if you need it. How did you find our service? as always, you guys are the best! You have booked several trips for me and we always have a smooth and great trip! Are you satisfied with the service provided and received? Extremely satisified!!
