Based from home you will have access to a support team hub office in Iloilo to allow for office-based working. Role profile Handle enquiries and respond by email, telephone and web-chat relating to the use of the Company on-line assessment and development systems; Manage accurate data entry enter to the Company CRM system (Salesforce) and utilise the ticketing system; Co-ordinate projects by scheduling using MS Outlook and providing periodic updates; Administer the company e-learning system to set up and manage activities and projects. Co-ordinate training events, marketing activities, webinars and travel arrangements for company employees; Arrange consultant meetings with individual clients utilising MS Outlook. Compile training records using the company database and update using MS Excel; Contact prospective clients and develop lists of new leads – conduct periodic and occasional marketing surveys (web-based and telephone) for prospective clients in different industry sectors; Prepare reports and analysis of data; Daily employee activity and issue escalation report. Personal Attributes At least college level with relevant customer service/sales experience and excellent communication skills; Strong written and verbal English skills; Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel and a willingness to learn new database systems; Tact, courtesy and customer focus; Computer knowledge and awareness Data entry ability – accuracy and attention to detail; Varied shifts; weekend and holiday work schedules; Must be able to interact effectively with colleagues. Assessment and interview process You will be asked to complete assessments which explore personality and reasoning skills and we will give you feedback on these reports.
