Client of the Month Jodie Jodie only started training with FitFast in August this year, and it’s fantastic to see what she’s been able to achieve in such a short period of time! Jodie came in with 3 main goals: To tone up, and to increase both her aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Her training consists of two sessions per week; once on a Tuesday evening for an hour with her workout partner Alison, and the other on her own with Andrew on a Thursday morning for a shorter but still grueling half hour session. For the hour-long shared session Andrew tends to add in a lot of cardio, core and weights. This workout routine helps Jodie increase her aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Her Thursday training session is predominantly weights and core, helping her with that lean ripped look she’s after! A strong, determined and driven young woman, FitFast would like to congratulate Jodie on becoming client of the month for November 2013!
