If you dont do this I cannot see the comparisons 2)Turn in on your assigned day (listed at the top of your program) 3)Submit your pictures at least monthly (front/ side/back from head to toe) 4)Fill out your dietary adherence fully including cheats, deviations, and skips. Please leave notes on these things. Also note that N/A is not a measurement. The bi-weekly is information that is needed in order to adjust your plan and make the best informed decision possible when making changes. This is for your benefit and my information.
