Clients give me strange looks sometimes when I tell them I cant sleep when the moon is full....see Im not the only one. Im always a little wilder and wired with energy & my kids are too, when the moon is full. I love the natural rhythms of life, this cycle is just one of them. When we learn to embrace the ups and the downs, & the natural rhythms, then we learn to love life a little more like we do a roller coaster - rather than get stuck in fear & worry we wont be up again. Its the yin and the yang, the push and the pull, the laughter and the tears, the joy and the pain. (Not the only answer to some of lifes miserys granted - just one of my personal solutions). Love x
