Clients who are booking any of our services and cant make there appointment for any reason need to get in touch with the salon at least 48 hours prior to appointment. If you have an appointment and know your going to be late please get in touch its not fair on other clients who are booked throughout the day. If we dont hear from you we will cancel your appointment after 10 minutes and give it to the next available client. Its not fair on the clients who are requesting times and arent being able to get them. Many Thanks
