Clinical Lead RGN Clinical Lead RGN Reading - Berkshire £15 per hour In Touch Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a quality focused care provider to recruit a motivated Senior Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead within their well-established nursing home in Reading. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management team and will lead and manage the staff team to ensure that excellent standards of care are delivered at all times. The role will include clinical leadership and supervision, identifying training needs and working closely with the management team to ensure that essential standards are met. Individuals who apply to this position must have an active NMC nursing pin (RGN) and have a proven background caring for older people, ideally within a nursing home setting. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and is committed to working closely with the management team to continue achieving high clinical and care standards within the home. My client is looking for a Clinical Lead to join their team on a full time, permanent basis covering 33 hours per week. An excellent hourly rate of £15 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate.
