Cllr Dwellys enthusiasm and support for Gulval West knows no bounds! Labour Councillor for Penzance East (including Treneere Estate), property consultant, and resident of a Grade II listed farmhouse deep in the counntryside, - who famously once described council estates as ghettos - has yet again come out in support of speculators Terrace Hill. According to Dwelly they will apparently ..improve the narrow beginning to the St Ives road near Tesco. We will be taking a very close look at this councillors extra-curricular activities.
