Close your eyes, now pretend that its monday night. You walk into the Flat and the smell of pasta and garlic bread wafts into your nostrils. Tonight will be delicious you think to yourself. While helping cut some veggies you engage in conversation with someone youve never met before. They tell you all about their bungee jumping experience in New Zealand (or Belgium). After eating a dinner of hearty spaghetti and garlic bread, your stomach is satisfied and you ponder the rest of your evening with an intellectual conversation with Emily. Rachel and Jayda fill the air with laughter as Steven cracks a joke and recruits people to help with the dishes. Its a good day to be alive and enjoy community at The Flat you think to yourself. After more conversation and maybe a round of foosball (before 9:30 of course. Jayda needs her sleep) you embark on the rest of your evening and gain some much needed rest in anticipation for the upcoming Tuesday. AKA We are having Spaghetti for dinner tomorrow. If you would like to bring anything we would love garlic bread.
