Cloud Atlas (2012) Director: Tom Tykwer , Andy Wachowski & Lana Wachowski. Starring: Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Hugh Grant, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, Ben Whishaw & Susan Sarandon. Probably the most overlooked and misunderstood film of the past decade. The sheer genius in The Wachowskis made them take up this un-film-able novel and turn it into a spectacle. While, people thrash it for being random stories they forget to notice that the stories are not just connected by the characters who play them but connected to each other throughout.
