CoCo has had to go the hospital each of the last two days. She is running a low fever and is a little dehydrated. We are thinking it may be a bladder infection. But she is eating and is bright none the less. We are just being extra cautious. Good news is that her blood work is absolutely normal. With the onset of the osteo, her liver values went nuts for some reason, but the doctor treated her with a conventional and wholistic combination. She has been off of that treatment for 45 days now, and her values are normal all on their own. Goody for that. Much to my surprise, DeDe is not coping very well with the fact that CoCo is not here. She did not want to eat because CoCo was not here having breakfast, too. After much hesitation and circling around the kitchen, she did eat but was sad nonetheless. Got her laying here right beside me. Guess that she has figured out more than I realized. I just never thought that it would be the De-Roo who would miss CoCoBean.
