Coaches that are delivering hardcore training need to understand that a client that calls itself fit, looks fit or wants to be fitter, may not be ready for the heavy stuff, because below the muscly layers may have fragile spinal disc and stiff joints. To me just because an exercise is hard and makes someone sore, doesnt mean it was functional and will improve someones life. Move well first then move more, thats call smart progression!
