Coconut Macroons 1.Egg-1 Whisk with a fork.add 2.Salt-1/2 a pinch Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp Sugar-1/2 cup Whisk again. 3.dessicated coconut-1 1/2 cup This is the unsweetened dried coconut u get in packets in supermarkets. Mix the coconut in the egg mixture gently.Preheat the oven to 180C.Spoon the mixture onto an ungreased parchment paper.I used an ice cream scooper to get this shape.Bake for 12-15 minutes/until golden brown.after 9 minutes u check often so that it doesnt burn.
