*Code: ICT13006 * Title: Senior Web Developer (Python) * JD: - Work closely together with experienced Python developers in Europe - Design and write production-ready code and unit tests meeting both technical and business requirements - Ensure code delivery is maintainable, scalable, reliable, and secure - Improve the quality of code through the proactive adoption of new processes and tools - Complete migration from legacy databases and PHP code base to PostgreSQL and Django - Contribute domain-specific expertise by reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks, and mentoring junior members of the team - Design reliable, fault-tolerant distributed systems in Python - Research new open source tools, frameworks, and prototyping components - Define the future of Magnetic’s back-end technology stack - Lead code reviews to ensure compliance with Python best practices *Requirement: - At least bachelor of IT or equivalent - Fluent English writing and speaking - Experience in working as a lead developer and guiding junior developers - 5+ years of professional software development (f.e.
