Cold War Victory Medal: With all the so called police actions of the cold war and all the crap veterans of that era had to deal with why not give these veterans the recognition of the only Victory of that era? Congress has pass every bill to date on this issue but the Secretary of Defense has had them all shot down in committee. Another slap in the face for those era veterans where you cant spend 33 million dollars to fund the medals and recognition, but you can give untold billion to Halliburton that nobody has a clue where the money went.
