Cold and chilly morning ( low 30s) as Cindi, Kim, Kristen and I headed out for a combined road and trail run this morning. We thought we take our usual route out by Ridge Run Co Park thinking it would be less hilly to run the route backwards. NOT! We came back on the park trails, trails were a little wet and slippery due to leaves covering rocks and roots. Put in a hard 7 1/2 miles, those hills brought our body temps up pretty quick! Thanks for a great run girls!
