Cold weather is upon us. The City of Harlem, as any City does, has less than fortunate citizens that need a coat to stay warm. If you are blessed enough, please donate any coat or jacket for men, women and children. You may drop your donations off at the Harlem Dept of Public Safety starting tomorrow morning at 8 AM. We will ensure that these coats are distributed locally to those in need. Thank you and God Bless You!
