Colin, can I post this (no pictures) I watched a BBC4 programme recently on things nautical, mainly sailing, on the beaches etc, but a short article on fishing, Trawlers leaving port for the three week round trip to Iceland. It then showed, what the commentator said was a gunboat steaming past the trawler, a Destroyer steaming past at high speed, it was D31 with 7 on the funnel. Can anyone identify this also later in the programme there was D84 in the background. The programme was filmed in 1958. Memories of my first sea trip to Iceland on Venus in 1959.
