Collecting data en masse from reporters, citizens, etc. with corporations willingly participating. This is just like intercepting and reading your US mail only in electronic format. What happened to our 4th and 1st amendment rights? While we are all distracted by working, raising families, and trying to make ends meet due to poor decisions by the banks, the government, and large corporations, this is what has been going on behind the scenes for at least the past decade.
