Collective growth is as important as individual growth in a community because these two depend on each other due to the fact that they can help each other so much as the individual brings its own uniqueness and talent to the community to make it better and the community helps the individual grows to become a better person by all the support he/she might needs. This whole concept brings stability, political power, advanced economy and higher social status for both parties. However, if negativity is applied in this concept, the whole idea would go totally opposite. Therefore, both system and person are equally responsible for the fate the community.
