Collectively: Why is now the time for an exhibit on tactical urbanism? Pedro: Because later may be too late. Effective change takes time, essentially because it is about changing attitudes and ways of practicing. But it also requires a lot of debate on how to prepare solutions, specially at a moment in which, despite all the political marketing, city authorities are obviously clueless about how to solve coming urban inequality with less and less resources. With less and less money, its difficult for government to solve these problems.
