Collectors Spotlight (From the news letter of exhibiting artist Rick Frausto) A Quarterly Feature Celebrating The Wonderful People Who Collect My Work Judi Moak-Granger with Big Wow and Liquor Store, Multimedia Sculptures Allow me the pleasure to introduce you to Judi Moak-Granger. Recently, I took a trip out to Palm Desert to Visit Judi, a long time collector of my work. We had a great time catching up! Heres some info on Judi and her collection: RF- Why do you collect my work? JMG- Its personal to me RF-How long have you been collecting my art? JMG- For 12 years now, I purchased my first piece in 2002 RF- How many pieces are in your collection? JMG- 18! RF- Which is your favorite and why? JMG- Bluegirl is my favorite. Shes the first piece I purchased and how I came to meet you! RF- What draws you to my work? JMG- Its unique and its personal to me in that I can see you in it. You put a piece of yourself into each creation. You take what most people would consider to be trash and turn it into the most beautiful treasure. Everybody who sees these pieces get it. Maybe not at first, but the more they look at it, they they understand and say Oh my gosh, this is amazing! Thank you for sharing your thoughts Judi!
