Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating Lalo Lara (a 34 year old male) and Roberta Gsoell (a 20 year old female) in relation to a potentially serious medical issue involving their newborn child. Mr. Lara and Ms. Gsoell are not the subject of any criminal charges at this time. This request is being made out of concern for the couple’s child. Mr. Lara and Ms. Gsoell may be driving a black 2002 Nissan sedan bearing Colorado license plate 835-YPK. Mr. Lara and Ms. Gsoell are known to have acquaintances up and down the Front Range and at several locations in the San Luis Valley. If you know Mr. Lara and Ms. Gsoell’s whereabouts, please encourage them to seek out medical assistance at the nearest medical facility.
