And in the news ... columbiamissourian/a/180208/development-fees-on-november-ballot-stir-debate-about-who-should-pay-for-roads/ It really is beyond me what Ms. Chadwick means with her remark that she is hesitant to support Proposition 2 because she questions the correlation between square footage and trip correlation. since there is no significant correlation between the two, i.e., some small businesses generate considerable traffic, e.g., fast food restaurants, and then again some large ones do not, e.g., warehouses ... and then compound those statistical errors with the rest of her lack of understanding and illogic ... but then, opposition, no matter how disjointed, sells newspapers.
