Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, Cox, Time Warner - these are the companies who charge you $158 for one month of cable service to watch your 3 shows. They are all in favor of fixing the internet -- but it is not broken! These big monopolies are pushing to basically own the internet - no one owns the internet! Lets keep it that way! They are getting scared now that better services are sprouting up that fit our true lifestyles much more accurately than their cookie cutter projections onto the public: Buy this, upgrade to that, your 3 month 75% off promoting just ended... but we have your credit card on file so we will charge you triple until you realize we are doing it, sign this contract for 2 years, competition.... haha, we are your only option. Their only option is to blatantly buy the internet so that it works better for them than everyone else. That is their solution to stay on top. This Video helps dumb down the legal jargon so that an average citizen can actually understand (and I Majored in Political Science!). Keep an ear out for Net Neutrality issues... the best thing about the internet is that keeps everyone on the same playing field; That is how Facebook overtook Myspace. That is how countless other start ups have found success using the world wide web despite competing against the billion dollar marketing budgets of huge corporations.
