Comcast Service Sucks | AT&T Needs New Business Model Three years ago I switched from Comcast to ATT, their service was so bad I had no choice. Three months ago ATT jacked up my bill, I gave them chance to keep me; they made the best offer I walked. In the three years with ATT no problems, product worked and CS was great. Went back to Comcast only to find out they still had the same problems so I called up ATT. I got my old rate back and a $250 credit with a one-year contract. Thanks ATT but what kind of business model is that. Mean while Comcast techs will be visiting again (second trip in two days) to fix the same problem that caused me to leave them three years ago. They have a very patient well-trained customer service staff; I hope they are well paid. I hope the service stays on continuously for more that 20 minutes ea hr until liberation day Thursday. #Comcast #ATT
