Comcast / Xfinity 2 HOURS 7 MINUTES on the phone. $87.99 Triple Play. Thought you ALL should know so you can benefit When we moved we did an online move request which they screwed up. After two phone calls totaling 1 HOUR 12 minutes I got someone who confirmed the move, offered a better rate with improved internet, etc. (And I wrote it ALL down) And 11 days later we finally got cable, mind you, all of our business is online and our data on the phones we had to use went way up :( Yesterday the bill arrives. $480 What?????? Four HUNDRED eighty!?!?! Oh heck NO !! Deposit, activation fee, rate DOUBLE what I was told, extra charge for the blast internet, extra charge..., and and and.... Lesson? Always write the name, rep ID #, and date and details. If youre paying more than 89.99 for your Triple Play - call but be prepared. (I got $2 off a month for my trouble) Share this status. Arent you tired of the stronghold they have on the market????
