Comcast is in over their heads with the X1 operating system. We switched over 3 weeks ago. 7 phone calls @ approx 50 minutes each and they still cant get it right. Ive not had a problem with comcast or their service (OK maybe price but thats a completely different issue) until now! They updated their billings ystem, updated their operating system and it is wreaking havoc. Even their customer servive reps are frustrated, yet they for the most part have been trying to assist us, but it doesnt matter what they do on their end. They get our internet going, the TV goes out. They get the TV going we lose phone. Weve not had internet, phone and TV all working at any given moment. To TOP IT ALL...Today we missed an important call from doctor because comcast changed our phone number and we knew nothing about it. Please share this friends. I needtogetth i s message out
