Come and live with us next to the Singapore President! TWO rooms available – one large master room (super king bed) with ensuite @ $2,850, and one large and airy double room sharing a bathroom with one @ $2,350 ALL BILLS included (twice weekly maid, utilities, TV, cleaning products, air con servicing, maintenance costs THE WHOLE WORKS!)! Current occupants are either returning home or finding their own place! One rooms available from 20th Nov (negotiable) and the other from 23rd December The location is fabulous, not only can we pop into the palace for lunch with the pres - It is a 10 min walk to either Newton, Somerset or Orchard MRT but also has a free shuttle to Sing Plaza & Raffles Place! Facilities are pukka - there is a big pool with BBQ pits, gym, sauna, spa, and general chill out area The place itself is really spacious, and well furnished (gradually replacing the rental stuff with some nice local antiques!) - lovely open living/dining area and a separate large kitchen as well as the usual maids room/utility area/yard out back! There are three rooms in the whole place - living here is me (28 yr old work in healthcare). We are an easy going and sociable household - seeking similar!
