Come out and enjoy the fun!!! Members of our ORMICS Team are competing on the local EMS team! OTTUMWA – Donkey Basketball is coming to Ottumwa! Seton Catholic School is hosting a Donkey Basketball tournament as a fundraiser. Four teams will compete on Thursday night and hilarity is guaranteed to ensue. Donkey Basketball follows the format of American style basketball, complete with the use of an actual basketball court. However, each player must ride a donkey while trying to get their ball in the hoop. The games will take place at Walsh School, Thursday night. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the first game beginning at 7 p.m. and will feature a match against proud Seton parents and local celebrities. The second game will match up the Ottumwa Fire Department against local Emergency Management Services (sheriff’s department, police department, ORMICS and Wapello County Rural Fire). The winners from both games will play each other in a third and final game.
