The grinder is a combination of Italian sausage, Italian seasoned ground beef, tomato paste and sauce, bell peppers, onion, fresh garlic, and other seasonings slow cooked for hours then served on a 6 inch garlic toasted french bread bun, topped with provolone cheese, and then grilled to toasty perfection. All that for only $5.25, and now you can add a layer of pepperoni for only a $1.00. We also have our burgers on special for $0.25 off. For the season, we have the chicken salad sandwich back, either plain or with cranberries and almonds for only $3.75. We also have coleslaw as a side for only $0.75. If you would like to add coleslaw to your pulled pork or atop your hotdog, or any sandwich or burger, you may do so for only $0.25. We now have bottled sweet tea for only $1.25. Pickle lovers, we have a new JUMBO dill pickle that makes our old pickles look like babies, and its only $1.00 Hey Man has its own barbeque sauces original, bold, honey barbeque, honey bold, and apple cinnamon. Try one of them on your pulled pork, a burger, or whatever you want. Available for purchase by the bottle. Fries, cheese sticks and the 1/3 lb chili cheese brat burger are made to order or pre-order all day and baked potatoes in the afternoon. Cheese sticks take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare, fries and specialty burgers take 30 minutes, and baked potatoes take about an hour and a half.
