Comment from client about ME time: Many of you know I recently started my next 12-Week Body Transformation Coaching Program. I stay in constant contact coaching my clients making sure they are well informed about what they need to do to achieve their goals. The one issue I often mention is that using lack of time as an excuse for not doing my program is not acceptable because I actually show you how to do things so will have more time available while practicing my food prep strategies and workouts. Rather than me tell you this, why dont you read what one of my clients with 4 children has to say about it in the following statement: This week has been an incredible, food and gym are spot on! Do you have any suggestions if I were able to make an extra investment during day? I really feel like with my meals being pre-planned and ready and my workouts being as you say “an appointment” my time is so better managed I actually have ME time leftover! Having 4 kids and working 50 hours a week this never happens. Any “extra” things/ideas to maximize the free me time would be great. And happy Saturday everyone!
