Commerical Real Estate Marketing Manager - Hattiesburg, MS JOB DESCRIPTION Growing, stable property management firm is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to handle the marketing for a multifamily portfolio which includes Management, Brokerage, Corporate Housing, and Regional Apartment Search/Listing Websites. Successful candidates must be self motivated! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all multifamily property-related marketing, including but not limited to: Work with Operations Team to develop cost-effective site-level strategic marketing plans and execute as appropriate to increase traffic, leases and income Review and/or prepare graphics requests for graphic designer/web specialist Social media strategy and execution Manage all online media, conduct monthly Internet shops, prepare marketing analytical reports for executive level review Brand advocate/compliance Website content management Marketing strategy for the organizations Property Management division Maintain knowledge of, propose and implement new technology that enhance website and social media optimization Train site staff as required and/or requested Complete on-site marketing audits and manage marketing training compliance JOB REQUIREMENTS Marketing experience in the multifamily industry is a must! Must have excellent computer and software skills Must have excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
