Common Core is being accepted by business people who see it as a way to educate the public to provide quality workers for their companies. What they fail to see is the danger of the other "objectives" of those behind Common Core. The rewrite of the history of our nation is one of these. There will be information provided at a meeting introducing some of the material to be presented in Common Core on the 17th of August at 6 pm. It is imperative for those in business, members of the Chamber of Commerce and conservative politicians to understand the implications of an education system like Common Core. The education provided in our state can be improved through programs like STEM and Reading Initiatives. Common Core however, is an indoctrination program like you might find in the Soviet where history is what the government says it is. I mention Common Core here because if you attend any meetings presenting it as the savior of our education system, you are likely to find the Delphi Technique used on you.
