Common man while giving support should be mindful of few things which effect the performance of the candidate if he or she wins 1. Is the party giving you a candidate based on caste,religion,rural or urban? if yes then be warned that such a person will continue to garner support on the same lines,which will effect the developmental work of your area. 2.When we focus only on CM candidate for voting,we are encouraging centralization of power ,which is not good for democracy. 3 .A weak candidate ,with little public connect or no experience in social work will be answerable only to the leadership and not to people. We as voters have to free ourselves from the caste,creed,race and religious chains bindings us,if we truly want the progress which we all wish to see.
