Communication/ Mechanical / engineer Needed Company: SICC Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Required Skills: • 1-2 years of related work experience • Telecommunications and Network Security • Wireless Communications Engineering • Qualification, Verification & Validation • Requirements Engineering • Technical Planning • Architecture/Design Development • Communications Systems Engineering • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) • Analysis of Alternatives • Customer Needs Assessment • Site Acceptance Test • System Retirement Planning • Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA). Other Qualifications: Fluent in English is a must, both spoken and written. Good spoken and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
